MITT (Manitoba Institute of Trades & Technology) is a post-secondary education institute located in Winnipeg, Canada, that prepares students in four different clusters of specialization: business and information technology, health care, human services, and skilled trades.
MITT is deeply committed to creating practical opportunities that help students build connections with prospective employers so they can start a career as soon as possible.

This is the brand platform used by MITT to encourage students to kick-start their career through the different programs and outlets provided. However, we had a challenge. We needed to take this platform to the next level and turn it into facts. We discovered that there’s a single but powerful element that speaks about the transformation that a person experiences when they go from being a student to a professional.

The campaign-related videos focused on showcasing the actual skillsets of MITT’s alumni that were developed during their time at MITT and applied at their current place of work.
